2021 WINTER TRY-OUT INFORMATION
*An MHSAA Sports Health Questionnaire needs to be completed for students who submitted a valid sports physical during the 2019-2020 school year (one completed on or after April 15, 2019). All other students need to submit an LPS Physical Form dated after April 15, 2020. (Physicals are to be turned in to coaches ONLY)
Pay to Play fee is paid ONLINE ONLY through Pay Schools - Coaches cannot collect fee!

Winter Sport Photo Day is Tuesday, November 24, 2020 with the exception of Hockey.
