Mr. B retired from Ford Motor Company after 34 years and needed something to consume his time.  He had been a Charger VB Parent from 2001-2007 and got the bug for the game while watching his daughter Sarah and the 2007 State Champs.  In 2009 he began working the Charger Summer Camps just shagging and tossing balls and then joined the team and G on the bench keeping stats for that season.  He says, "my credentials are small and really non-significant, but my passion for the game is huge".  Over the years he has taken care of repairs, made charts for stats and has evolved to where he is now being more active in the skills teaching at all levels.  He credits current coach G and former Assistant Coach Mike Francis for the bulk of his knowledge, as well as the current and former staff and players.  Mr. B says, "What I am really grateful for are the young ladies who have put up with me being a shadow to a sport and team I really care about.  I think I have become effective in helping train the girls and as an assistant I try to live up to what I am supposed to do and what I need to project for the team going forward."
