JOHN GLENN HIGH SCHOOL: 0
Churchill Chargers VB swept the John Glenn Rockets at all 3 levels to open KLAA Conference play.
The Varsity took John Glenn 25-9, 25-10 and 25-14 led by Senior Anne Yost at the net and Senior Ally Facione in the Libero position. They will travel to Novi on Saturday.
The Junior Varsity collected the win tonight by the scores of 25-14, 25-9 and 15-10. They will head down to Bedford this weekend.
And the Chargers Freshman team took Glenn tonight, 25-15, 25-17 and 15-5. The young chargers were led by Grace Facione with 8 kills along with Mya Grant's 5 kills. Leading at the service line were Abby Woods, 16 points, Carly Dlugos 13 pets and Allie Fulton with 10 points. They will resume play on Saturday at Saline Invitational.
