Biography:

Growing up in Ida, Michigan, Carrie was a standout athletically and academically at Ida High School earning eight Varsity letters in basketball, cross country, softball , and track. After graduating she went on to play collegiate basketball at Madonna University for four years.  

Junior (2012-13): Appeared in 18 games, all in a reserve role … Scored 12 points while grabbing seven rebounds … Scored a season-best three points twice – against Bethel (Dec. 29) and at Davenport (Feb. 23) …

Sophomore (2011-12): Appeared in 14 games … Scored 15 points and pulled in 10 rebounds … Tied her career-high with five points at Bowling Green (Dec. 21), going 2-for-3 from the floor including a 3-pointer … Grabbed three rebounds against UM-Dearborn (Jan. 28) …

Freshman (2010-11): Appeared in 21 games as a true freshman … Averaged seven minutes and 1.8 points per game … Pulled down a career-best four rebounds against Bethel (Nov. 19) … Scored a career-high five points at Siena Heights (Dec. 11) … Handed out a career-best two assists at No. 1 Davenport (Feb. 26) …

Prep: Ida High School (2010) … Honor Roll member … Earned eight letters in basketball, cross country, softball and track … Led the Blue Streaks to three Lenawee Country championships in basketball, two in cross country and another in softball … Helped her teams on the basketball court to a 78-12 record in four years … Averaged 13.8 points per game while being a two-time (2009, '10) All-LCAA selection on the hardwood … Named Ida's Offensive Player of the Year as a junior and senior (2009, '10) … Led the Blue Streaks to a pair of undefeated regular seasons (2009, '10) …

Erin Menard.

Biography:

Erin graduated from Churchill High School where she was a three time MVP on the Women's Varsity basketball team. She was also named to the all area team as a junior in 2011. After she graduated she went on the play collegiate at Madonna University. 

 

Anthony Ianni.


Assistant Coach

Biography:

Anthony Ianni is a former Michigan State basketball player under Coach Tom Izzo from 2009-2012 where is was part of two Big Ten Championship Teams and part of the 2010 Final Four team. He is also the first Division 1 College basketball player in NCAA History to be diagnosed with Autism. Was also a member of the Grand Valley State Men’s team from 2007-2009 before transferring to Michigan State. Anthony is originally from Okemos where he played for Coach Dan Stolz. All-State accolades both his Junior & Senior year, and lead his team to a run to the State Finals in his Junior year. He is now a national motivational speaker for the Michigan Department of Civil Rights, where he speaks to Students, Student-Athletes, Colleges and businesses all over about his struggles and overcoming the challenges of having ASD(Autism Spectrum Disorder) to where he is today. He has received many accolades for his career as a speaker in 3 years and is one of the most sought after speakers in the country. Anthony and his wife Kelly live in Livonia and have a 1 year old son named Knox.
