Jake Rudd had a dominant pitching performance in game 1. He allowed 1 run on 2 hits to go with 8 strikeouts. With the game tied at 0 in the bottom of the 6th inning a walk and and a triple allowed the winning run to score for Belleville. Final score was 1 - 0.
Game 2 saw Cam Greener pitch a 1 hit shutout. He was backed up by some solid offense. Brendan Lowry walked 3 times and scored 2 runs. Drew Aslobrooks had a bases loaded triple to get 3 RBI's. Drew Bush went 3 for 3 with 3 singles, 2 runs scored and an RBI. Final score was 9 - 0.
