Preseason Conditioning
Preseason conditioning for all student/ athletes not in a fall school sponsored sport is Monday Wednesday Friday meet after school in the downstairs weight room. This will continue until mid October.

Open Room
We have open room every Tuesday from 6-8pm in the Churchill wrestling room. If this time does no work for you please see a coach on tuesday. for other open-room opportunities. Preseason for student/athletes not in a fall school sponsored sport will start in mid September. Please watch for dates and times to be posted, also listen to the morning announcements.
