Track & Field Checklist, 2017 √
To participate this Spring, you must complete the following:
- Complete Pay to Play.
- Fees: $350
- Obtain a signed physical form completed no earlier than April, 2016.
Students cannot practice without a signed physical form.
Students cannot compete without completing Pay to Play..
Churchill athletic forms can also be found at the Athletic Website.
There will be a PARENT MEETING on March 21st, 2017 @ 6:00 pm.
Team Picture Day is March 21st, 2017 for athletes @ 4:00 pm.
